WASHINGTON, D.C. - Elizabeth Warren, chair of the Congressional Oversight Panel, released the following statement thanking former Senator John Sununu for his service to the Panel. Sununu will step down after release of the Panel's August oversight report.

"John brought invaluable experience and an important perspective to the work of the Congressional Oversight Panel. I appreciate the contributions he made to bring transparency and accountability to the Troubled Asset Relief Program and wish him all the best in his future endeavors."
