Philadelphia Field Hearing on Mortgage Foreclosures
On September 24, 2009, the Congressional Oversight Panel held a field hearing to examine foreclosure mitigation efforts under the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) in the Kirby Auditorium of the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
