Regulatory Mission
To prevent the introduction, transmission, and interstate spread of communicable diseases into the United States and its territories.
DGMQ achieves its mission through Immigrant, Refugee and Migrant Health, Quarantine and Border Health Services, Animal Importation, Travelers' Health, Policy and Regulatory Affairs, Community Interventions for Infection Control, and United States-Mexico Health activities.
DGMQ Accomplishments in Fiscal Year 2010
