Due to the serious health risk posed by the Coronavirus pandemic, the National Commission on Military, National, and Public Service is postponing Inspired to Serve: A Path Forward until June 25. In ensuring we fulfill our statutory mandate to Congress, the President, and the American people, we will release our final report, Inspired to Serve, and recommendations on Wednesday, March 25 as planned on our website.

The National Commission on Military, National, and Public Service is the first entity in history charged with conducting comprehensive and holistic review of all forms of service to the Nation. In 2017, Congress charged the Commission with two primary tasks: to conduct a review of the military selective service process and to consider methods to increase participation in military, national, and public service in order to address national security and other public service needs of the Nation.
After two and a half years of extensive research, public hearings, and conversations with Americans across the country, we will release our final report, Inspired to Serve, to the Congress, the President, and the American public on March 25.
We invite you to join us on March 26, 2020 at 9:30 a.m., in-person or remotely, as we discuss our findings and recommendations and the path forward for this bold vision and comprehensive plan for the military selective service process and strengthening military, national, and public service in America.
