The Banshee Reeks Nature Preserve Bee Inventory
Successful monitoring, management, and conservation of bees and other pollinators and their habitats will depend on the availability and accessibility of pollinator population data and information such as that being collected as part of the Banshee Bee Inventory.
The Banshee Reeks Bee Inventory was initiated in 2010 with support from the United States Geological Survey, to evaluate the species diversity of the preserve and provide the baseline data that is needed to adequately assess and manage wild pollinator populations. More
