Warriors' Path (East) hosts Winter Garden Seminar on Sat., Jan. 14 from 10 a.m.-noon ET.

Tennessee State Parks Running Tour features the Norris Dam Challenge 12K on Sat., Jan. 14 at 11 a.m. ET.

Day Hike at Virgin Falls State Natural Area in White County on Sat., Jan. 14. Meetup for vanpool at 7:30 a.m CT. Meetup at trail site at 10:00 a.m. CT

Fort Loudoun (East) Winter Lecture Series features “18th Century Firearms” by Edward Dorr on Sat., Jan. 14 at 2 p.m. ET in the Fort Loudoun Visitor Center.

Montgomery Bell hosts the Train History Festival on Jan. 20-22. Special Train Festival packages.

Eagle Tours have begun at Reelfoot Lake State Park. Buses leave the park's Visitor Center at 10 a.m. CT every day through the end of February. Naturalists join each tour to describe the lake's earth-shaking past and its current status. Tours typically stop at places where eagles are commonly seen, and naturalists set up spotting scopes to allow visitors a closer look. Participants are encouraged to bring their own binoculars, too. Tours cost $5 a person and reservations must be made by calling (731) 253-9652.
