Topics include geology, ecology, history, archaeology, photography, and more. The Grand Canyon Field Institute offers guided educational tours at Grand Canyon National Park led by expert instructors while backpacking, camping, hiking, and whitewater rafting.

Learning & Lodging
The Grand Canyon Field Institute (GCA) and Xanterra South Rim, LLC offer fun and informative Learning & Lodging Programs that combine lodging, meals, and two days in the field with an instructor.
 
Grand Canyon Accessibility Guide Accessibility Guide (1.09MB PDF File)
This publication provides some basic information on what to expect when using facilities in the park. It is outdated - so you'll need to refer to other park publications: The Guide & Trip Planner for current updates. When 2010-11 construction projects have been completed, this publication will be revised.    

 
Grand Canyon National park publishes a variety of newspapers and brochures. These publications are freely distributed by the park and may be downloaded from this page.

Did You Know?
The interior of the South Rim Visitor Center is being remodeled during 2011 and the maps and exhibits are being updated. However, the recently improved Mather Point and the canyon rim trails are open. You may also watch the orientation film in the theater adjacent to the Visitor Center.
