Fungi Intercepted at Ports of Entry This list includes fungi identified by mycologists who work for the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) that are encountered at the US ports of entry.
100 Fungi on Important Agricultural and Forest Crops Not in the United States. This list was compiled of fungi not in the US on important agricultural and forest crops. Descriptions and illustrations were developed many of which will be published as part of the CABI Compendium of Invasive Species.
Invasive and Emerging Fungi in the United States. This group includes non-endemic fungal pathogens that have been discovered in the United States but are not widespread.
Common Plant-associated Fungi in the United States. These are fungi regularly encountered by plant pathologists in the US.
