Use this form to report a possible giant hogweed sighting in Massachusetts. Reports will be followed up by a Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources official, and you may be contacted for a site visit if we feel further investigation is necessary. (This form is for Massachusetts hogweed sightings only. To report hogweed outside of Massachusetts, contact your local department of agriculture or plant regulatory official.)

NOTE: Giant hogweed has poisonous sap! Please avoid coming into direct contact with the plant when photographing plants or examining a site.
