A jury was seated in the Rensselaer County murder trial of George Mott. He is accused of killing Rosemary Crosier 18-years-ago. The process wrapped up Tuesday evening and the jury has been seated in the case.

Charges cited for driver in crash that killed Ballston Spa teen

The driver of the vehicle that crashed Saturday night killing 17-year-old Noelle Johnsen is being charged with three offenses. The driver of the vehicle he attempted to pass is also facing a charge.
