SWW is a volunteer stewardship project that is coordinated by the Sacramento Chapter of the California Native Plant Society (CNPS). We are particularly proud that this project has grown into a collaborative effort that is supported by numerous partners in the Sacramento region.
You can visit our SWW Partners page to find links to many of the organizations and government agencies that provide support for this volunteer stewardship initiative.
This site contains information about SWW activities and events, highlights current volunteer opportunities, and provides information about the impacts of invasive weeds. Please join us for an exciting and educational experience on the American River Parkway, or participate in another community stewardship initiative closer to your own community.
