The State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, is issuing an Invitation for Bids ("IFB") to qualified parties interested in a Parking Lot Concession of state-owned lands within the AKAKA FALLS STATE PARK situated at Akaka Falls, Hawaii, pursuant to Chapter 102, Hawaii Revised Statutes. The deadline for applications is 4pm, January 18, 2012.
