Public Scoping Meeting on the West Harlem Rezoning
A public scoping meeting will be held on the West Harlem Rezoning on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the Gatehouse - Harlem Stage located at 150 Convent Avenue, New York, New York, 10031. The meeting will be held in two separate sessions, one commencing at 2:00PM and the other commencing at 6:00PM. Written comments will be accepted by the lead agency through Monday, February 6, 2012.

Public Scoping Meeting on the Saint Vincents Campus Redevelopment
A second public scoping meeting was held on the proposed Saint Vincents Campus Redevelopment project on June 28, 2011 at the New York City Department of City Planning’s Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, New York, New York, 10007. The meeting began at 2:00 PM. Written comments were accepted by the lead agency through Monday, July 11, 2011.
A Draft Scope of Work for the proposed action was issued on November 6, 2009, and a public scoping hearing on the proposed action was held on December 8, 2009, at New York City Department of City Planning’s Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, New York, New York. Written comments were accepted by the lead agency through December 22, 2009. Subsequently, the previous applicant for the proposed action, Saint Vincents Catholic Medical Centers of New York d/b/a Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers (SVCMC), filed for bankruptcy. The current applicant for the proposed action, RSV, LLC, has modified the proposed project as described in a revised Draft Scope of Work dated May 23, 2011, which supersedes the November 6, 2009 document. The May 2011 Draft Scope of Work also reflects compliance with the City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) Technical Manual, which was revised in May 2010.
On Friday, August 19, 2011, the Final Scope of Work for the Draft EIS was issued.

A public scoping meeting was held on the NYU Core on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at the New York City Department of City Planning’s Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, New York, New York, 10007. Written comments were accepted by the lead agency through Monday, June 6, 2011.
On Friday, December 30, 2011, the Final Scope of Work for the Draft EIS was issued.

Public Scoping Meeting on the Proposed Webster Avenue Rezoning
A second public scoping meeting was held on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Department of City Planning, Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, New York, NY 10007. Written comments were accepted by the lead agency through Monday September 13th, 2010.
A Draft Scope of Work for the proposed action was issued on April 16, 2010, and a public scoping hearing on the proposed action was held on May 19, 2010, at The Bedford Park Senior Center 243 E. 204th Street, Bronx, New York. Subsequently, the proposed action was revised to rezone areas along narrow streets in Bedford Park and Norwood to R7B, instead of R7A; rezone part of one block on Marion Avenue and 195th Street to R7B instead of R5B; rezone part of one block on Hull Avenue between 204th and 205th streets and part of another block at Bainbridge and 198th Street, to R7B instead of R5A. The Draft Scope of Work and Environmental Assessment Statement were revised to incorporate these changes, and to include updated analyses per the May 2010 edition of the CEQR Technical Manual. Furthermore, the Draft Scope of Work and Environmental Assessment Statement were revised to indicate that a small portion of the proposed rezoning area is located in Community District 12 and that a blockfront along Webster Avenue currently zoned R8/C2-3 would be rezoned to R8/C2-4. Written comments were accepted by the lead agency through May 29th, 2010.
On Friday, September 24, 2010, the Final Scope of Work for the DEIS was issued.

On July 31, 2007 the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission, held a public scoping meeting on the Draft Scope of Work for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Domino Sugar Rezoning project. Comments on the Draft Scope of Work were accepted at the meeting and for ten days following the meeting.
On Wednesday, December 30, 2009, the Final Scope of Work for the DEIS was issued.

Public Scoping Meeting on the proposed Western Rail Yard Project
A public scoping meeting was held on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, 655 West 34th Street, Room 1A-03-05. The scoping meeting included both afternoon and evening sessions. The afternoon session was held between 2:00 and 5:00 PM. The evening session was held between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM to accommodate all those who registered to speak prior to 9:00PM. Written comments on the Draft Scope of Work were accepted at the meeting and were accepted by the co-lead agencies until the close of business on Tuesday, October 14, 2008.
On Friday, May 8, 2009, the Final Scope of Work for the Draft EIS was issued.
