Listserves

There are many groups of people concerned about invasive species that communicate with each other on an email listserve. Weed listserves, invasive species listserves, pest listserves, and many others will be added to this list. These groups are often a good source of information for early detection of invasive species. Sometimes listserve members can help you identify an invasive species or help you get your sighting report to the right people. As the list grows longer, use the search tool below to find a listserve in your area or field of interest.

* If you know about other listserves for invasive or introduced species that you think should be included in this list, please contact Annie Simpson (asimpson@usgs.gov) or Elizabeth Sellers (esellers@usgs.gov).
