When disasters happen, everyone is affected. But is the federal government doing enough to help the children impacted by tragic events? The National Commission on Children and Disasters has issued its interim report to the President. Dr. Michael Anderson, vice chairperson of the Commission, explains why the group was set up 12 months ago and what it has accomplished so far.
