Data in EDWIP include associations (or lack thereof) between pathogenic organisms and insect, mite, and other arthropod hosts. EDWIP also includes information on where associations have been observed, stages and tissues of hosts infected, and habitats and host ranges of the arthropod hosts.

DatabaseEcoPort
Host:  EcoPort

Note: The plant protection and crop production information in the FAO's former Global Plant & Pest Information System (GPPIS) has been assimilated into EcoPort.

Database:  Exotic Forest Pest Information System for North America
Host:
North American Forest Commission
Scope:
This database identifies exotic insects, mites, and pathogenic organisms with potential to cause significant damage to North American forest resources, provides background information on identified pests, and serves as a resource for North American regulatory and forest forest protection agencies in North America.

Database: Forestry Images: The Source for Forest Health and Silviculture Images (including Invasive and Exotic Species of North America - Invasive.org)
Host: A joint project between The University of Georgia - Bugwood Network and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service
Scope: Over 8,300 images, including over 1,000 new images of invasive species (including many weeds) and their biological control agents, taken by over 250 photographers are available. Most images were digitized from high-resolution 35mm slides. Multiple levels of jpeg format images are downloadable and may be copied and used for any non-profit, educational purpose with appropriate credit and copyright notice.
