The NYISRI ‘Expert Database’ (currently a work-in-progress) contains profiles,
descriptions, and links to researchers statewide with declared interests in
invasive species. The database will
enable state offices and natural resource managers to quickly locate experts in
a given subject area and scientists to identify potential research
collaborators.
Initial scientific profiles have been solicited by the NYISRI
Coordinator, but the goal is for researchers to enter and update data via Web
forms and personalized log-ins.
