Guidelines are set for non-athletic, non-active conditions. I am OK with 7.5mg Prednose a day at 85-90% peak flow (aka Green zone) - as long as I don’t do anything. No excercise, no stress at work. If I add a warm-up swim (25 min, reaching 85% HR), within two months I’m at 60% peak flow (borderline Red zone). So, 85-90% peak flow is not good enough to start swimming. Let alone starting intensive 90 minute workouts.

I am always having to write everything down when my son goes anywhere! I think this card is very useful and convenient for alternate caregivers. It is clear and easy to understand when they need to take action.
