Carl Edwards, Champion NASCAR Driver

Council member and champion NASCAR driver Carl Edwards says he finds it's easier to eat healthy when he asks himself before eating: Is this food going to make me stronger, or is it going to make me weaker? "If you start doing that, there will be a lot of things that you put down," he says. Eating healthy really clicked for Edwards when he realized he could eat healthy without spending a lot of money so long as he planned meals in advance and made healthier substitutions.
