I`m using hormones since 1994 and I`m now 63. I can`t think about something more helpful for me than hormones. I hope that this new trend of trying to persuade women to stop taking the hormones by terrifing them with this new research is not a sign of stoping all the research of what is good for women even if it is not perfect yet. It is neccesary to improve women’s life if we want the family as a unit to roll on. Don`t frighten, go on searching and try improving our life.

A GOOD COMPREHENSIVE KIT FOR WOMEN Although a very good information guideline for the mid-aged woman, the drug therapy for osteoporosis and the various calcium supplements available in regard to their bioavailability profile need to be looked at more deeply.
