      I just wanted to ask if your policies on letting veterans into USO airport lounges have changed? About 3 or 4 years ago I was traveling through DFW and had a five hour layover. I had a carry on and personal items and found walking around DFW quite tiring with my shoulder injury from military service which I had/have had multiple surgeries on. I decided that I would wait comfortably in the USO lounge, but when I presented my Veterans ID I was turned away. This was extremely upsetting to me as you are supposed to be dedicated to serving the military and their families yet myself as a veteran was turned away with a 5 hour layover. I called, left a complaint and was never contacted.

      I ask that you Please never forget how much your service is appreciated & means to the "True American People." Our Government will turn it's back on you in a heartbeat, as I am sure you know. And don't forget that while our President is trying to destroy America as we know it, you are the ones that are trying to keep us the "Strongest Country in the World". Without your service we are nothing. May God's blessing be on each and everyone of you. I pray for your safe return.
