The Lupus Site

Joanne Forshaw launched the popular website www.uklupus.co.uk after she was diagnosed with lupus in 1996 when she was 20. Her website provides information and support for people with the disease.

Program objectives:
  1. Provide everything you need to know about lupus by a lupus sufferer.
  2. Help make sufferers' lives easier.

Joanne started her website to help other people with the condition and because she “sat at home all day, exhausted, with nothing to do.”
