I join farmers from all over the country in calling for swift passage of a Farm Bill. House GOP inaction comes at a time when we are experiencing the worst drought in 50 years.
- Today, we come together once again to remember and to reflect with reverence and with respect. Because whenever we speak of September 11th, 2001, we tread on sacred ground. On this anniversary the thoughts of our nation remain with the inno...cent Americans we lost, their families and loved ones, with the first responders who arrived on the scene to rescue others in danger and stayed at ground zero to search for survivors and remains. On this day our solemn pledge remains clear: to never forget those who perished on 9/11, to always give voice to those silenced forever 11 years ago, and to draw inspiration from the families of the victims.See More
