Drew Brees, co-chair of the President's Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition, is the 2009 Super Bowl MVP-winning NFL quarterback for the New Orleans Saints. . In his 11-year career, he has been elected to six Pro Bowls and four All-Pro teams, named 2004 Comeback Player of the Year, 2006 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year, 2008 NFL Offensive Player of the Year, 2010 Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year, 2011 NFL Offensive Player of the Year, and Super Bowl XLIV MVP.

He attended Purdue University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from the prestigious Krannert School of Management while lettering in football from 1997-2000. He and his wife, Brittany, and The Brees Dream Foundation have collectively committed and/or contributed more than $11 million to charitable causes and academic institutions in the New Orleans, LA, San Diego, CA, and West Lafayette/Purdue, IN, communities.
