Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM)
On July 26, 2010, the Department published four advance notices of proposed rulemaking (ANPRMs) in the Federal Register seeking public comment on the topics addressed by these fact sheets. Comments will be accepted for 180 days.
The public comment period for submitting comments ends on Monday, January 24, 2011.

Notice of Public Hearings
