Standing Up for Youth in Foster Care

Congressman Stark speaks at a press conference about the bipartisan A-Plus Act, to improve educational experiences for foster children, which he introduced with colleagues in the Foster Youth Caucus. Stark also participated in the caucus' Capitol Hill Shadow Day in May, spending the day with two foster youth from California.
