USE:
- Logical Organization
- Informative Headings
- Active Voice
- Use Pronouns

AVOID:
- Jargon and legalese
- Hidden Verbs

- Long sentences or paragraphs
- Abbreviations
- Unnecessary Words
- Information the user doesn't want
