The cocoa spiced beef tenderloin with pineapple salsa recipe sounded so exotic, yet the ingredients were familiar enough and available at the local grocery store. These recipes have pulled my family out of the rut we’d gotten ourselves into. What a way to start the new year!

I took my copy to my Weight Watchers Meeting and when the ladies saw it and I told them it was $5 they were all busy copying down the order information. It is a georgeous book. The website is great too, simply beautiful. The best part is they are delicious recipes, not hard to make and having the large clear chart on food values is an asset.

The recipes are fantastic! I’ve made over a dozen so far and each has been terrific and easy to make. My favorites so far are: Greek Style Flank Steak with Yogurt Sauce, Edamame Stew, Pasta Puttanesca, Asian Style Steamed Salmon, Turkey Burgers, Savory Brown Rice, Red Snapper with Zesty Tomato Sauce...I could keep going. And, for only $5, this cookbook is a fabulous deal! I’m going to order copies for my entire family for the holidays.

Recipes for easy to fix, really good food -- I know it because I picked up recipes at a conference where this was featured and I made chicken, the cous-cous with raisins, cinnamon and nuts . . . MMMMM! I highly recommend it.
