Voices for Recovery

Eduardo Apodaca (05/22/2012)

I began my journey of sobriety, wellness and peace 22 years ago after almost as many years of Illness I suffered under the influence of alcohol and drugs. I have since become a professional in the field of social work, and counseling. I have been able to overcome the fallout of my addictive behavior that led me to be separated from my family and spend many lonely days incarcerated, broke and even homeless. Everyday I am thankful for my recovery. I am able to taking care of my overall health through running, eating right and the support of my wife, family and friends who share with me their faith, hope and strength. Thank you for letting me share my story and I hope that you can enjoy the same happiness, love and peace I have found in sobriety.
