SBA Express Loan

Total votes: 32
Detail Description:

The SBA Express program gives small business borrowers an accelerated turnaround time for SBA's review. You will receive a response to your application within 36 hours. In addition, lower interest rates are often available to you when you apply through an Express program. The program authorizes selected, experienced lenders to use mostly their own forms, analysis and procedures to process, service and liquidate SBA-guaranteed loans. The SBA guarantees up to 50 percent of an SBA Express loan. Loans under $25,000 do not require collateral. The use of loan proceeds is the same as for any basic 7(a) loan.

7-11 franchisee's picture

I'm a retired militrary and have a 50% share on an existing 7-11 franchisee store for over a year now. I'm planning to apply for a business loan for around 200k to get my own 7-11 franchisee. What qualify as express loan on loan limit and the turaround time from the time of application. Also what is the best program for me to get approved under this conditions.

I am trying to get funds to aquire machinery to clean up old lands that are so bad that there is no hope for that land owner. I live in a place where Timber is considered "farming". After the timber is taken the underbrush takes over and that land is no longer accessible!
