Educating Pool Owners, Operators and Manufacturers about Entrapment Prevention

In addition, CPSC has created an eight-part training video Guidance to Compliance: The Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act. This video shows the proper steps for inspecting a pool or spa for compliance with the Act. The National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF) developed a free online course for complying with the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool &Spa Safety Act. This interactive program provides pool and spa operators and service specialists, as well as state and local regulators, with the information they need to make pools and spas compliant and to inspect for compliance with the Act.
