Basic Requirements

• U.S. native or naturalized citizen
• Less than 44 years of age (this may be adjusted upward for current/prior active duty service)
• Meet current physical, medical and security requirements

Degrees

B.S. or Pharm.D. degree from a program that is accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.

Licensure

Current, unrestricted, and valid pharmacy license to practice in one of the 50 States; Washington, DC; Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; the U.S. Virgin Islands; or Guam.
