Rulemaking Fact Sheets

This page contains an archive of the rulemaking fact sheets that FCA has issued since 2005.

FCA always announces its rulemaking actions in its news releases, which are typically issued following monthly Board meetings. When a rule is particularly complex, FCA occasionally prepares a fact sheet to accompany the news release. The fact sheet provides greater detail about the rulemaking action than the news release does. For example, it may discuss the need for the rulemaking action and the objectives of the action.
