Asset Management

Asset Management provides automated and efficient tracking of customer agency personal property assets through the HHS Property Management Information System (PMIS). Customized user refresher training on system functionality is available.

Building Management

PSC Building Management oversees more than 1.1 million square feet of delegated leased space and provides lease administration services for seven (7) non-delegated buildings.

Employee Child Care

Healthy Beginnings Child Care Development Center provides assistance to federal employees through the Child Care Subsidy Program. The secure, well maintained facility is located in the Parklawn Building complex and can accommodate infants, toddlers and pre-school age children. Enrollment capacity is 118.

Property Disposal

Property Disposal offers collection, classification, interagency transfer, donation, documentation, and disposal services for most surplus government equipment.

Real Property

PSC administers of the Federal Property Assistance Program for HHS, through which it transfers, monitors and oversees federal surplus real properties that are used by various public health programs, as well as homeless assistance programs that are operated by state and local government agencies and private non-profit organizations.

Shredding

Shredding service from PSC is a reliable, convenient process that ensures sensitive paper material remains secure from collection through destruction.
