English Translation:

Tetanus
Even though water is scarce, clean hands save lives. Wet hands then rub hands vigorously together for 15-20 seconds with soap, sand or wood ash. Rinse your hands. Wash as often as possible and avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes to help prevent the spread of disease.
