In an effort to streamline operations, on May 15, 2008 the IC3 will discontinue use of its e-mail address NCUA@IC3.GOV for receiving reports of phishing schemes. Reporting of these schemes should be accomplished following the date of this Alert by using the IC3 website's "File a Complaint" process, which is available for use when reporting any other potential cyber crime.
