SES Flexibility Agreements 2008-09

The Department has granted flexibility to five districts identified as in need of improvement to apply to become supplemental educational services (SES) providers. The Department has granted flexibility to seven States, allowing some of their districts to offer SES to eligible students in schools in year one of improvement status.

APPLICATION LETTERS TO STATES

In June 2008, the Department invited eligible States to apply for participation in 2008-09 in the SES Pilot allowing districts to offer SES to eligible students in schools in year one of school improvement status.
