Scope of Services: family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, dental, optometry with Joslin Vision Network for diabetic screening exams, PT/OT, lab/radiology with mammography and bone density, pharmacy, mental health services, nutrition/Diabetic Educator, contract health services, patient benefit coordinators on site to assist patients with alternate resources i.e.: Medicaid, Medicare applications
