On May 28, 2008, Mr. Rafael E. “Ralph” Martinez was sworn in as a part-time Commissioner of the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission. He was nominated for the position by President Bush on February 7, 2008, and confirmed by the Senate on May 20, 2008. |

On April 6, 2012, Mr. Anuj C. Desai was sworn in as a part-time Commissioner of the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission. He was nominated for the position by President Obama on April 8, 2011, and confirmed by the Senate on March 30, 2012. |

The Commission’s next meeting will be held on September 13, 2012. The Commission has tentatively scheduled Claim Nos. LIB-II-166; LIB-II-183 for discussion during the meeting.
