An unknown male suspect is wanted for his alleged involvement in the following activities related to armed bank robbery:
For the third time since June of 2011, the Los Alamitos, California, US Bank branch was robbed by the same knife-wielding suspect. In the last robbery, on September 11, 2012, the suspect entered the branch office and demanded money from the tellers while threatening them with a large butcher knife. The suspect has used a similar knife in all the previous robberies, and has used a large black bag, similar to a backpack, to secure the money gained from the robbery. The suspect left the bank on foot through the west doors of the branch.
The suspect has allegedly been involved in the armed robbery of the following banks:
July 26, 2010 - Bank of the West, Cerritos, California
August 9, 2010 - Bank of the West, Cerritos, California
June 21, 2011 - US Bank, Los Alamitos, California
June 30, 2012 - US Bank, Los Alamitos, California
September 11, 2012 - US Bank, Los Alamitos, California
The suspect has been described as wearing a gray or black long-sleeve shirt, dark or black pants, gloves, sunglasses, and a black baseball hat with a broad red bill, possibly with a Chicago Bulls logo. He has also worn a plain black baseball hat, as well as a black baseball hat with the logo "VA." He may wear his facial hair in a "goatee."
