Hurricane Sandy Information

Visit web site www.ready.gov for emergency plans and resources.  Hurricane Sandy has become a large hurricane and is expected to impact the Eastern shore of the US with possible landfall in the Mid Atlantic on Tuesday morning.  The VHA Emergency Coordinator is monitoring the storm.  The Fayetteville VAMC Emergency Response Coordinator can be reached at 910-488-2120 ext. 7322.

A model of the future bus transportation hub for Fayetteville, NC

New services for Veterans

The City of Fayetteville was awarded the grant to support the Veterans Transportation and Community Living Initiative (VTCLI). The city, Fort Bragg, Fayetteville VAMC and surrounding counties plan to create and host a joint agency website and Call-Center with information about transportation options and resources available to more than 150,000 Veterans, active duty military and families.
