In order to enhance OGC's information sharing and cross training efforts across offices, the Office of General Counsel would like to create a more robust repository of legal opinions, briefs, motions, and other guidance on both the internal and external HUD OGC web pages. The updated opinion and guidance repository will be organized by topic and updated on a monthly basis by OGC's headquarters and field offices.
