FSA Field Operations Summer Intern Initiative

 

 

 
The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency (FSA) invites currently enrolled college students to apply for the Summer Intern Program (SIP). Attached is the current vacancy announcement for summer 2010. Application forms and information are included.
The Summer Intern Program provides an opportunity for college students to gain experience as assistants in scientific, professional, and technical areas. The SIP consists of paid internships that give students an opportunity to gain career experience and to strongly consider future employment with FSA.
FSA welcomes SIP applications from all college students, including students with disabilities. FSA interns must be a U.S. Citizen, must be currently enrolled in a college or university, and must be planning to continue their education (enrolled for fall 2010).
