Mamatha S. Pancholi

Mamatha S. Pancholi, M.S., is a senior social scientist at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). She currently serves as the Project Officer for the AHRQ Quality Indicators (QIs). As Project Officer, she oversees all aspects of the development, maintenance and dissemination of the AHRQ QIs. For the past 12 years, Ms. Pancholi was a survey statistician with the Center for Finance, Access and Cost Trends, AHRQ. In that role, she led efforts in variable construction, data editing, and quality control of data from the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS). She was also a lead faculty member of the MEPS Workshops. Ms. Pancholi received her M.S. in Mathematical Statistics from the University of Maryland. She has over 10 years of project management, survey design and analytics including survey instrument design, production of public use data files, and the development of Web-based analytic tools for public use.
