The myhealthfinder tool provides personalized recommendations for preventive services based on age, sex, and pregnancy status. These recommendations come from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF), the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), the Bright Futures Guidelines, and the Institute of Medicine’s (IOM) Committee on Preventive Services for Women.
The recommended services are covered under the health care reform law. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to get these services at no cost to you.
