• Child labor requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
• WHD also enforces labor requirements of the following:
• Davis-Bacon and Related Acts,
• McNamara O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA),
• Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and
• Copeland Anti-Kickback Act.
