Marc served for the past 5 years on the National Type Evaluation Technical Committee’s Measuring Sector, the group responsible for developing proposed type evaluation criteria and test procedures for the National Conference on Weights and Measure’s National Type Evaluation Program (NTEP), and he also participated in a number of type evaluations. For the past several years, Marc has been an active member of the U.S. National Working Group for the Development of Hydrogen Measurement Standards Device Standards Subcommittee, the group that developed the tentative code for commercial hydrogen measuring devices adopted by the NCWM in July 2010.
