Dear Mr. Tsosie:
This letter responds to your motion, filed on behalf of Ibapah Telecommunications, LLC,
requesting withdrawal of Ibapah’s petition for designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier
pursuant to Section 214(e)(6) of the Telecommunications Act. The motion is hereby granted and Ibapah’s
petition is withdrawn without prejudice.
This action is taken under delegated authority pursuant to Sections 0.131 and 0.331 of the
Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 0.131, 0.331.
