If you have a question about civil rights, please look at our Understanding Civil Rights web page.  If you don't find the information you are seeking, you may submit an email to OCRMail@hhs.gov.  Unfortunately, we do not provide individual responses to all of the questions received.  However, in some situations we may be able to forward your questions to an appropriate person or agency.

IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT HEALTH INFORMATION PRIVACY:

If you have a question about the HIPAA Privacy Rule or the Patient Safety Act, please review our Frequently Asked Questions and our Health Information Privacy web pages. If you don't find the information you were seeking, you may submit an email to OCRPrivacy@hhs.gov. Unfortunately, we do not provide individual responses to all of the questions received.  However, in some situations we may be able to forward your questions to an appropriate person or agency.
