Nanette Foster Reilly is the Consortium Administrator (CA) for the Consortium for Financial Management and Fee-for-Service Operations (CFMFFSO), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. As the CA she is responsible for ensuring effective management of Medicare Fee-for-Service regional office operations. She provides leadership and executive direction to ensure effective customer service, contractor oversight and professional relations for Medicare stakeholders and Medicare Fee-for-Service beneficiaries across the nation.

Prior to assuming this role in March of 2008, Ms. Foster Reilly served as the Associate Regional Administrator (ARA) for the Division for Financial Management and Fee-for-Service Operations and ARA for the Division of Medicare Operations both in the Kansas City, Missouri Regional Office. Ms. Foster Reilly also served details in CMS Baltimore office as the Acting Group Director, Family & Children's Health Programs Group, Center for Medicaid and State Operations (CMSO) and Acting Deputy Director, Quality Measurement Health Assessment Group, Center for Beneficiary Choices and as the first Acting Director of the Medicaid Integrity Group, CMSO. Prior to joining CMS in 1995, Ms. Foster Reilly served in a series of progressively responsible positions with the Iowa Department of Human Services.

Ms. Foster Reilly received her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa. She is also a graduate of the HHS Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program, and an Excellence in Leadership Fellow, Council for Excellence in Government.
